Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). We value the intellectual property rights of others as we expect others to value ours. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their representative can send a takedown notice to us through our listed DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against such infringement claims. To file an infringement claim, you must provide the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted material claimed to be infringed;
- Identify the infringing material and provide enough information for us to locate it;
- Contact information for the complaining party;
- A statement that the complainant believes the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Section 17 USC §512(f) specifies civil penalties for knowingly misrepresenting information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3).
Submit all takedown notices through our Contact page. Email is preferred for faster processing.
Please be aware that we may share your identity and details in any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright infringement claim, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Send your counter notice through our Contact page. Email submission is recommended.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We treat copyright infringement seriously and comply with the repeat infringer policy of the DMCA. We keep a record of DMCA notices and aim to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat offenders will be terminated.
